Clive Emerging Leaders

Mission: To foster career growth for young professionals by promoting relationship building and facilitating professional development opportunities.

Strategy: To host networking events, organize professional development workshops, and offer mentorship from experienced business leaders in our community.

Target Audience: Young professionals seeking to establish new connections and acquire essential skills and knowledge to become effective leaders.


  1. Networking Opportunities: Participants will have access to a diverse network of like-minded young professionals as well as experienced business leaders, creating opportunities for collaboration, idea exchange, and potential career advancement.
  2. Professional Development Workshops: The program will offer workshops and seminars focused on essential skills such as communication, leadership, project management, and strategic thinking. These workshops will help participants enhance their skill sets, making them more competitive in their respective fields.
  3. Mentorship Program: Pairing emerging leaders with experienced mentors will provide invaluable guidance, advice, and support. Mentors can offer insights into career development, help navigate professional challenges, and provide valuable industry knowledge.
  4. Access to Industry Insights: Through guest speaker events and panel discussions, participants will gain valuable insights into various industries, emerging trends, and best practices. This exposure can help them stay informed and adaptable in today’s rapidly changing business landscape.

Timeline: One three-hour session per month from September to April, with sessions alternating between professional development learning experiences and social activities.

Cost: To be determined. Registration will be available in June of 2024.
