2020 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

SIGNATURES EVENTS:
ANNUAL DINNER CELEBRATION
The 2020 Clive Chamber Annual Dinner will be held on Tuesday, February 25th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The event will feature a cocktail reception, dinner and program to highlight the accomplishments of 2019, a look forward to plans for 2020, introduce 2020 Board of Directors, and recognize the Business of the Year, Chamber Champion of the Year, Citizen of the Year and our two High School Scholarship winners!

Presenting Sponsor – 1 Available
Cost: $1000
Presenting sponsor will receive their logo in premier location on all the marketing materials including, but not limited to the invitation mailed to membership, the event program, Chamber e-newsletter before and after the event, Chamber website calendar event, and PowerPoint during the event. In addition company representative has the opportunity to give a two minute commercial about their business during presentations. This sponsorship includes one table for six guests in a prime location, featuring company name to reserve seating and twelve drink tickets.

Diamond Sponsor – 2 Available
Cost: $750
Diamond sponsor will receive their logo on all the marketing materials including, but not limited to the invitation mailed to membership, the event program, Chamber e-newsletter before and after the event, Chamber website calendar event, and PowerPoint during the event. This sponsorship includes one table for five guests in a prime location, featuring company name to reserve seating and ten drink tickets.

Gold sponsor will receive their company logo/name in all the marketing materials including, but not limited to the invitation mailed to membership, event program, Chamber e-newsletter before and after the event, Chamber website calendar event, and PowerPoint during the event. Silver sponsor will receive their company name in all the marketing materials including, but not limited to the invitation mailed to membership, event program, Chamber e-newsletter before and after the event, Chamber website calendar event, and PowerPoint during the event. This sponsorship includes two tickets to the event and 4 drink tickets.

LADIES NIGHT – BINGO AND DESIGNER HANDBAGS FUNDRAISER
Thursday, September 24th at Sherwood Forest Event Center, 5:00 to 8:30 pm.  This event is a bingo night and designer handbag raffle.  Funds raised will be used for scholarships for high school graduates in the West Des Moines and Waukee School Districts.

Presenting sponsor will receive their logo in a premier location on ALL event advertising, including but not limited to Event Program, Chamber Website, and Chamber Facebook Page & Event Signage. Presenting sponsor can display a pop up banner at the event for all to see as well as a promotional item and flyer for the attendee bags. In addition a company representative has the opportunity to give a two minute commercial about their business prior to the start of the bingo games. Game sponsor will receive their logo or name on ALL event advertising, including but not limited to Event Program, Chamber Website, and Chamber Facebook Page & Event Signage. Game sponsor can display a pop up banner at the event for all to see as well as a promotional item and flyer for the attendee bags. This sponsorship includes two tickets to the event.

Dauber Sponsor – 1 Available
Cost: $250
Dauber sponsor will receive their logo or name on ALL the daubers at the event. Dauber sponsor can provide a promotional item and flyer for the attendee bags. This sponsorship includes one ticket to the event.

Bingo Bundle Sponsor – 1 Available

Bingo Bundle sponsor will receive their logo or name on ALL the Bingo Bundle packets at the event. Bingo Bundle sponsor can provide a promotional item and flyer for the attendee bags. This sponsorship includes one ticket to the event.

BUSINESS OVER BREAKFAST
This morning networking event features a guest speaker discussing issues that you want to learn more about. Current news, marketing, business management, social media, and much more.

Presenting Sponsor – 1 Available
Cost: $300
All Business over Breakfasts for 2020 will be promoted as “Business over Breakfast, presented by ‘sponsor company name'”. Company logo will appear on all promotional material next to event logo. Presenting sponsor has the option of displaying a banner/promotional items and opportunity for a 3 minute presentation at each event. Following the event presenting sponsor will receive an electronic listing of all attendees with their contact information for additional follow up. Business over Breakfast dates for 2020 are April 7, August 4 and December 3 from 7:30 to 9 am, at host sponsor location.

Host Sponsor – 3 Dates Available
Cost: $100 (No Charge to President’s Club Members)
Ability to host an event at your business. The Chamber will take all registration and provide name tags. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to open your doors to potential customers. Host sponsors are responsible for providing a light breakfast (muffins, fruit, etc.), coffee, juice and water. Have enough space for 30+ attendees and an area for the speakers presentation (screen & projector can be supplied by the chamber if needed). Door prizes are optional but encouraged. Company logo will appear on all promotional materials next to event logo. Host sponsor has the opportunity for a 3 minute presentation at each. Following the event host sponsor will receive an electronic listing of all attendees with their contact information for additional follow up.
Available Dates: April 7, August 4 and December 3 from 7:30 to 9 am.

AM CONNECTIONS
Start your morning with networking with business professionals, breakfast & fun! AM Connections allows members a networking opportunity to gather and do business in the morning. Around 8:00 am members form a circle to introduce themselves and provide a 30-second commercial on their business to the group.

All AM Connections for 2020 will be promoted as “AM Connections, presented by ‘sponsor company name'”. Company logo will appear on all promotional material next to event logo. Presenting sponsor has the option of displaying a banner/promotional items and opportunity for a 3 minute presentation at each event. Following the event presenting sponsor will receive an electronic listing of all attendees with their contact information for additional follow up. AM Connections dates for 2020 are February 4, June 2, October 2 from 7:30 to 8:30 am, at host sponsor location.

MEMBERSHIP LUNCHEON
Clive Chamber of Commerce Membership Luncheons are an excellent opportunity to showcase your business. Luncheon are held four times a year the first Thursday of the month at various meeting locations. At Clive Chamber Membership Luncheons, members come together to network, enjoy lunch and listen to a speaker.

Presenting Sponsor – 1 Available
Cost: $400
All Membership Luncheon events for 2020 will be promoted as “Membership Luncheon, presented by ‘sponsor company name'”. Company logo will appear on all promotional material next to event logo. Presenting sponsor has the option of displaying a pop up banner, distributing promotional item(s) at each chair and the opportunity for a 3 minute presentation at each event. This sponsorship includes one ticket to attend each of the 4 luncheons. Following the each event the presenting sponsor will receive an electronic listing of all attendees with their contact information for additional follow up. Membership Luncheons dates for 2020 are March 5, May 14, September 10 and November 5, 11:30 am to 1 pm at various meeting locations.

Gold Sponsor – 8 Available (Two per event)
Cost: $100
Gold sponsor company logo will appear on all promotional material next to event logo. Gold sponsor has the option of displaying a pop up banner, distributing promotional item(s) at each chair and the opportunity for a 3 minute presentation at the event. This sponsorship includes one ticket to attend the luncheon. Following the event the gold sponsor will receive an electronic listing of all attendees with their contact information for additional follow up.

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS
Business After Hours is a networking event that allows host sponsors to showcase their business and facilities to the business community. This event is a casual networking environment which allows business professionals to gather after business hours.

Host Sponsor – 3 Dates Available
Cost: $100 (No Charge to President’s Club Members)
Ability to host an event at your business. The Chamber will take all registration and provide name tags. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to open your doors to potential customers. Host sponsors are responsible for providing light food and beverage. Have enough space for 30+ attendees. Door prizes are optional but encouraged. Company logo will appear on all promotional materials next to event logo. Host sponsor has the opportunity for a 3 minute presentation during the event. Following the event host sponsor will receive an electronic listing of all attendees with their contact information for additional follow up.
Available Dates: January 23, July 9 and November 17, 4:30 to 6 pm.


COMMUNITY EVENTS:
FOOD TRUCK FRIDAY
Gain fabulous exposure to 500+ people in the Clive and surrounding community. Food Truck Fridays is a FREE community event with live music and food trucks at Campbell Park in Clive.

Event Sponsor – 16 Available (Two per event)
Cost: $500
Event sponsor company logo will be included on all printed and electronic promotional materials for the event. Promotional materials include mailed post card, posters, emails distributed by the City of Clive and Clive Chamber of Commerce, Social Media posts via City of Clive and Clive Chamber accounts. Event sponsor will be provided with a six foot table at the event and has the opportunity to display a pop up banner. In addition company representative may address the crowd for a couple of minutes during a music break. An event banner will be displayed at Campbell Park during the months of May and June with event sponsor company name.
Available Dates: May 15, May 22, May 29, June 5, June 12, June 19, August 28 and September 11, 5:30 to 8 pm at Campbell Park.

MAYOR’S TREE LIGHTING
Mayor’s Tree Lighting is a family friendly event with a tree lighting, crafts, visit from Santa and more. The event will take place on December 6th at the Clive Library with tree lighting at 5:30 pm.

Event sponsor will receive signage with their company logo displayed near the tree from December 6th to January 3rd. Sponsor company logo will be included on all printed and electronic promotional materials for the event. Promotional materials include flyer, posters, emails distributed by the City of Clive and Clive Chamber of Commerce, Social Media posts via City of Clive and Clive Chamber accounts. Sponsors will be recognized at the event.

Advertise on the bottom of the front page of the “Clive Chamber Connection” Newsletter for 12 months, January 2020 to December 2020. Color banner ad may be changed throughout the year at sponsor’s discretion. Ad in finished format must be submitted to the Chamber’s Executive Director.

Gold Sponsor – 6 Available
Cost: $100
Advertise in the “Clive Chamber Connection” Newsletter for 12 months, January 2020 to December 2020, with a full color ad. Ad size is 2 ½” x 2 ½”. Ad in finished format must be submitted to the Chamber’s Executive Director. Placement is in order of purchase.

CLIVE CHAMBER DEAL OF THE WEEK
Cost: $25
The Chamber Deal of the Week is included in the Chamber’s weekly e-newsletter. Weekly e-newsletters are emailed out to the entire membership mailing list on Thursday or Friday of each week. A pre-designed .pdf or .jpg promotion, or a Word document outlining a special promotion or activity of your business (max 200 words). If submitting a Word document, the sponsor may also submit a logo and a photo for inclusion in the article. Limit one deal per week.
