Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
Delivers sales results against assigned quota and the development of a sufficient, qualified pipeline of referral sources and members to meet high-growth revenue requirements. Plans and implements strategies to identify opportunities, penetrates new business and expands market share within assigned territory.
Builds and maintains qualified prospects through telephone prospecting, cold-calling, e-mail and direct marketing. Creates strategic proposals and delivers compelling presentations to prospective customers. Manages territory as a business to maximize sales through analyzing the market dynamics to ensure territory sales goals are met. Develops and implements own territory business plan in line with corporate strategy and works within agreed budgets.
Demonstrates a proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Possesses technical skills (i.e. computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Microsoft Office Suite). Displays understanding of online tools for use in lead sourcing. Exhibits strong attention to detail. Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral). Demonstrates organization, creativity, planning and persistency skills alongside a strong work ethic and a professional, proactive demeanor. Displays strong quality of delivery and consistent, timely and thorough work. Possesses stress management skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Organizes marketing/sales materials and identify needs. Works within a defined multi-state territory, traveling when necessary. May assist and shadow in 1:1 coaching to members of the Profile Weight Loss Program using a multidisciplinary approach to weight loss and weight maintenance. Works closely with store managers and coaches to coordinate sales efforts for each store (i.e. presentations, lunch and learns, promotions and new store launches).
Provides a suitable level of detail using appropriate terminology.;Organizes key points and supporting information for a topic as appropriate for the audience.; Moral presentations and writes reports needed for own work.; Maintains and updates tools or techniques for addressing customer needs.; Explains how own motivation relates to the workplace.; Explains different product features to different customers as appropriate to their needs.; Conducts due diligence on new products/services.; Collects and presents customer feedback to management.; Summarizes the stages of the business development lifecycle.; Researches client base for a better understanding of customer wants and needs.; Pursues all sales leads and follows up diligently in an appropriate time frame.
Bachelor’s degree or six years of applicable experience required.
Three years sales experience preferred.
Profile Coach Certification helpful.
