Power Wellness is currently accepting applications for a Sales Associate at our Mercy Health & Fitness Center.
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to be responsible for acquiring and enrolling new memberships, which includes the use of superior customer service and guest relations, innovative ideas and marketing skills. He/she will support and perform service desk functions as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in sales required. Excellent sales, marketing, research and tracking skills required. Proficient and high level computer skills; including Microsoft programs. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills required. The ability to be flexible and accommodating as it relates hours of operation and scheduling appointments for prospects and the members. Possess strong interpersonal communication, customer service and presentation skills. Possess excellent writing skills.
