They are located inside the Mercy Health and Fitness Center, building 1 of the Mercy Wellness Complex.
Brightside Kitchen is a fun and lively location that works great for conversations and coffee. Enjoy a scratch made scone with coffee drinks. During the Ribbon Cutting there will be smoothie and scone samples available to taste.

Brightside Kitchen was founded in 2017 when a friend, who had been a vegan for 16 years, challenged Steve and Deanne Bryce to start a business that aligned with their sustainability values.
Brightside Kitchen gives both Steve and Deanne a chance to serve bright, flavorful food in a way that aligns with their two intentions:
