Mr. Hellstern was born and raised on a farm outside Mechanicsville, Iowa. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa in 2000 and his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in 2004.

Helping Iowa businesses with their legal needs from their formation to their sale, with business client sizes ranging from a kiosk in the mall to multi-million dollar companies. Mr. Hellstern can help form a business, buy or sell a business, pass on a business to key employees or family, create contracts to protect the business, and represent businesses in litigation. Particularly, Mr. Hellstern has helped many eating/drinking establishments and construction companies in the local area with their legal needs.
